Rick's reflector with holder is made for Rick's slide-in license plate base, the base plate into which the license plate slides. The reflector and its holder come in matte black to match the base plate.
Only the reflector and its holder are included. The photos show installation examples; the license plate bracket and the base plate are not part of the delivery. Rick's lists it for its slide-in base plate on Dyna, Softail, Sportster, Touring and V-Rod models.
