Handling Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Services:
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (depending on the destination and package size).
A tracking number will be provided for every order.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping Address:
We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change the shipping address after the order is placed.

Delivery Issues / Delays:
Once the package is transferred to the carrier, delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, customs delays, high-volume periods, or other external factors.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the item, please contact your local post office or carrier first.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
